he medical clinic upfit project involved the adaptive conversion of an existing open cell retail space into a fully functional and efficient healthcare facility in Burlington, North Carolina. The scope included the partitioning and construction of: 4 patient exam rooms, 2 offices for doctors and nurses, 1 breakroom, 1 laboratory, and 2 waiting areas with reception counters The project encompassed complete general construction, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical work, and fire sprinkler installations-executed in accordance with all relevant medical and building codes. This upfit highlights the team's ability to transform commercial interiors to meet the specific requirements of healthcare providers. The resulting space is a modern, organized clinical environment designed to support smooth patient flow, staff efficiency, and overall functionality.
