We are developing an intelligent system that extracts building elements from architectural floorplans to generate comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) and accurate cost estimates. This system leverages deep learning models to segment and classify components like rooms, walls, and structural elements with high precision.

Room & Object Recognition from Floorplans
Our custom-trained segmentation models automatically identify and label various room types (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens) and structural entities from 2D floorplans, enabling automated project scoping and quantity assessment.

Door & Window Detection
We use dedicated object detection models to locate, classify, and count doors and windows directly from architectural drawings. This aids in material estimation, procurement planning, and validation of architectural compliance.

Floorplan-Elevation Matching Using Deep Similarity Learning
Through a custom Siamese network architecture, we enable automatic matching of 2D floorplans with their corresponding elevation drawings. This streamlines document organization, visual verification, and cross-referencing in architectural documentation workflows.

Cost Intelligence via LLM-Powered Search Systems
To bring real-time pricing into our estimation tools, we are building a LangChain- and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based interface that integrates large language models like Mistral and LLaMA 3. These systems dynamically crawl vendor websites and digital catalogs to fetch material prices, ensuring up-to-date cost insights for procurement and estimation.
