Land Development For Residential Sub-division

SSN Corporation served as the Construction Manager (General Contractor) for the land development phase of the Morrisville Garden subdivision in Morrisville, NC. Our scope included site grading, utility installation, and construction of access roads for a new luxury single-family home community.

We partnered with East Coast Civil Group for grading and utility installation and JDS Consulting for CMT services. Site development began in July 2025 and concluded in November 2025. Throughout the project, we coordinated with the Town of Morrisville, City of Cary, and Wake County to ensure smooth execution and regulatory compliance. We also coordinated with Duke Energy and Enbridge/Dominion Energy for the installation of dry utilities

We delivered a fully developed and infrastructure-ready site prepared for residential construction. This project is a showcase for our expanding portfolio in complete residential land development.
