Occupancy Permit - Indian Fine Dining

 SSN Corporation provided permit-level professional engineering services for an Indian fine-dining restaurant located on Miami Blvd in Durham, NC. Our scope of work included preparing the required permit level design and drawing package.

 We developed permit-ready plans based on the client’s needs, incorporating architectural modifications and comprehensive MEP design for the new commercial kitchen layout and exhaust (hood) systems, including all kitchen appliance layouts and walk-in coolers. Our focus was on code compliance and coordinated engineering documentation.

We delivered a complete permit-level engineering plan set, ready for submission to the local jurisdiction to support timely approval of the renovation.
