Games Day Mens Health- Design and Build, Burlington, NC

SSN Corporation completed the upfit of a medical clinic in Burlington, North Carolina, transforming an open shell space into a fully functional healthcare facility. Our scope included architectural and MEP permit-ready design for patient exam rooms, provider offices, a laboratory, breakroom, and reception/waiting areas, along with full construction coordination through SSN Builders.

In this design and build project, we prepared a complete permit set that aligned with the Gameday Men's Health brand standards while ensuring compliance with North Carolina building codes and jurisdictional requirements. As the design and build contractor, SSN Corporation engaged preparing the permit-ready construction drawings, and supervised all construction trades—including building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection—while integrating specialized medical systems and planning every detail to support efficient workflows and patient comfort.

We delivered a fully operational, code-compliant medical clinic, fully equipped for patient care. The completed space meets healthcare standards, brand expectations, and all jurisdictional requirements.
