SSN Corporation provided design and construction services for a 3-season porch enclosure for a residential property in Cary, North Carolina. The project focused on enclosing the existing porch area to create a comfortable seasonal living space while maintaining compatibility with the home’s existing architectural style.

Our team prepared the design and coordinated the construction of the porch enclosure, including a roof system with asphalt shingles, installation of windows and a door, vinyl flooring, and wall finishes extending from floor level to the window base. Exterior finishes were designed to match the existing house siding, while interior finishes included composite board or equivalent materials, along with a false ceiling using ascent board or similar materials to create a clean and functional interior space.

The completed project delivered a functional three-season porch space that enhances the home’s usable area while maintaining visual consistency with the existing residential structure.
