The scope included preparing a full permit set for a new front porch with a gable roof and performing extensive interior and exterior renovation work.

Renovation work included full bathroom remodeling, new interior flooring, insulation upgrades, complete painting, and installation of exterior flooring - all executed in compliance with applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements.
