Engineering Services Completed

SSN Corporation was engaged by Raleigh Smile LLC to provide complete engineering services for the residential development project located along Wilbon Road in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Our scope included schematic design, project development permitting, construction plan permitting, and supporting engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, utility, and water resources engineering. The project also included coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and preparation of required studies and reports to support rezoning and development approvals.

To complete this project, our team evaluated existing site and topographic conditions, reviewed governing codes, and prepared multiple schematic layout options for concept development. We coordinated surveying, geotechnical requirements, and performed detailed engineering studies including sewer, water, stormwater, traffic, and driveway/access evaluations. Comprehensive permit-ready drawing sets were developed, including site, grading, utility, erosion control, and construction plans for two residential building models. Throughout the review cycles, we collaborated closely with local jurisdictions, addressed all comments, and finalized plan sets meeting Town of Fuquay-Varina’s permitting requirements.

SSN Corporation successfully delivered the full schematic design package, complete development permit drawings, construction plan sets for two building models, supporting technical studies, and all required documentation for rezoning and permit approvals. All revisions requested by the jurisdiction were incorporated, and the project was completed in accordance with the Client’s expectations and governing standards
