Design and Build – Modern Outdoor Patio - The Brass Tap

SSN Corporation completed the design and construction of a modern, climate-controlled outdoor patio for The Brass Tap, located in downtown Raleigh, NC. The project scope included full patio design, permitting, and general contracting services to create a year-round, high-ceiling outdoor dining space.

The project was executed with careful coordination between SSN Engineers and SSN Builders. The team secured zoning and building permits, integrated an infrared heating system, fire sprinkler system, and fire alarm system, and oversaw construction while keeping the restaurant fully operational. All work adhered to city codes, safety standards, and design specifications.

We delivered a fully functional, code-compliant outdoor patio that enhances the customer dining experience year-round, combining comfort, safety, and high-quality construction in a busy urban environment.
