SSN Corporation has performed geotechnical subsurface exploration and slope stability analyses for the proposed Riverview Heights Residential Subdivision in Front Royal, VA. The project focuses on exploring subsurface soil conditions and evaluating and ensuring the stability of steep slopes across the development site

Our geotechnical engineering services included subsurface exploration through Standard Penetration Tests (SPT), laboratory soil classification and strength testing, and slope stability modeling using advanced geotechnical software.

The study assessed both natural and engineered slope conditions to provide recommendations for safe grading design, erosion control, and long-term slope performance in compliance with the Town of Front Royal’s steep slope regulations.
