Rezoning and Land Development- Fuquay Varina

SSN Corporation was engaged to provide comprehensive rezoning and land development planning services for the 3.65-acre parcel located at 1725 Piney Grove Wilbon Road in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Our scope includes preliminary engineering evaluation, land surveying coordination, geotechnical investigation planning, and full civil, utility, and stormwater engineering design in support of rezoning and development approval.

To execute this scope, our team evaluated existing site conditions, assessed utility availability, and coordinated closely with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to confirm development feasibility. We prepared conceptual civil plans, managed subcontracted survey and geotechnical investigations, and advanced design development including site layout, grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater hydrology. Throughout the process, we facilitated permit submittals, agency coordination, meetings, and responses to jurisdictional review comments to ensure compliance and project momentum.

We will deliver a complete rezoning and development design package including conceptual plans, full civil construction drawings, utility and hydrology plans, erosion and sediment control plans, permit application support, and coordination documentation, positioning the Client for successful approval and project initiation.
