Site Development Engineering Services

SSN Corporation is providing comprehensive site development engineering services for a commercial development project located at 1101 Harris Mill Road in Morrisville, North Carolina. The scope of work includes preliminary engineering evaluation, site civil design, environmental and stormwater studies, and preparation of permit-level construction plans with full coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

The project is being executed through a phased approach beginning with review of the approved conceptual site plan, administration of surveying and data collection efforts, and coordination of specialized studies including geotechnical investigation, traffic impact analysis, tree survey, environmental permitting, and hydrology analysis. SSN Engineers is preparing detailed civil site plans, grading and drainage design, utility layouts, stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and technical specifications, while coordinating closely with the Town of Morrisville, NCDOT, Wake County, NCDWR, and other regulatory agencies to address review comments and approvals.

SSN Corporation is delivering a fully coordinated design development and construction permit package to support zoning, land disturbance, stormwater, and roadway approvals, providing a clear and compliant framework for site development and construction.
