Momo Station

SSN Corporation provided construction upfit services for the Momo Station restaurant in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Our scope included completing interior upfit work in accordance with the approved architectural and engineering plans, and performing all construction activities required to prepare the space for restaurant operations. The scope of work included a complete MEP, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler installation to a brand-new cell. The restaurant kitchen included a commercial hood.

The work was completed following the approved plans and the construction schedule established after the Notice to Proceed. During the process, additional jurisdiction-directed items were incorporated through a contract amendment, including the installation of a fire sprinkler system, added LVL roof joists for hood support, roof penetration work, hood procurement, and plumbing adjustments. We demonstrated our strong engineering capabilities by addressing all plan shortfalls, including providing the fire UL details and the structural requirements for the hood and exhaust system penetrating the existing roof. All changes were managed through formal change orders and coordinated with the required authorities.

We delivered a complete, code-compliant restaurant upfit that reflected both the original scope and all approved amendments, ensuring the space was fully prepared for operational use.
